WattsonBot ("the Service") is a subscription-based software service that provides Tesla vehicle monitoring and notifications via Telegram. By subscribing, you receive access to a managed Telegram bot connected to your Tesla account through your personal TeslaMate instance.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Tesla account to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to connect your Tesla account.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are accepted via ⭐ Telegram Stars or 💎 USDT (via @CryptoBot). Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the payment date and do not renew automatically — you must renew manually via the /billing command in the bot. Prices are shown in USD.
Since subscriptions do not renew automatically, you can simply choose not to renew when it expires. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods. If you experience a technical issue, contact support within 7 days for resolution or a refund at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws. The Service is for personal use only. Reselling or sublicensing access is prohibited.
You provide your Tesla refresh token to enable vehicle data access. This token is stored encrypted and is used solely to fetch your vehicle's telemetry. We do not share your data with third parties. You may revoke access at any time by removing the token from your Tesla account security settings.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Telegram, Tesla API), or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions. No compensation is provided for downtime under 24 hours.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, WattsonBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
